Mozziesafe Launched by UNICEF Country Representative

mozziesafe was officially launched by the Hon. Youssouf Mohammad Oomar, Country Representative of Malaysia of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF). The launch took place as a highlight of the 39th Installation of the President & Board of Directors of the Rotary Club of Gombak, at the Equatorial Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on Sunday, 3 August 2008.

The event was witnessed by numerous Rotary Club representatives from District 3300, as well as a contingent of around 30 visiting Rotarians from overseas including the Rotary Club of Tanglin, Singapore; Rotary Club of Makati South, the Philippines; and Rotary Club of Taipei Southwest, Taiwan.

Also in attendance were numerous luminaries from Rotary International District 3300 including Chairman of the Council of Past Governors, PDG Dr Mahinder Singh, and Past District Governors Dato’ Vincent Tang, David Ho, Paul Lee, Dr RT Arasu, Datuk Dr N Lakshmanan; and their spouses. Immediate Past District Governor Dr Joeseph Rajendran, District Governor Elect Leslie Salehuddin and Ann Ziela, District Governor Nominee Lim Kok Beng and Assistant Governor S Kulasegaran; were also present. Other notable guests included former Philippines Senator, Past President Mike Romero and Charter member of the Rotary Club of Gombak, Dato’ Lai Lok Kun and his wife, Datin Susan.
